Freelance Content Writer --- Remote (France)

We're recruiting experienced freelance writers to create high-quality, SEO-driven content for clients across Europe. You will work remotely, liaise with editors and account managers, and deliver polished, on-brand copy in French (and often English) for websites, blogs, product pages, and marketing campaigns.

Role & Responsibilities

• Write clear, engaging, and SEO-optimised content: blog posts, long-form articles, website copy, product descriptions, and email copy in French (with English when required).
• Perform keyword research and integrate target terms naturally to improve search visibility and on-page performance.
• Edit and proofread content to meet style guides and client briefs; ensure factual accuracy and brand voice consistency.
• Publish or hand off content via CMS (WordPress) and provide metadata, internal linking, and basic on-page SEO recommendations.
• Collaborate with content managers, SEO specialists, and designers to incorporate feedback and iterate quickly.
• Manage multiple assignments, maintain delivery timelines, and provide clear status updates through remote collaboration tools.

Qualifications & Fit

• Familiarity with content briefs, editorial calendars, and basic SEO metrics (CTR, organic traffic signals).
