Your Responsibilities:
1. Actively Contribute to B2B Strategy
- Understand and implement the obendy® strategy.
- Propose and develop the B2B plan (offers, GTM, resources, etc.) and priorities.
- Build the annual budget and associated action plans for your assigned accounts.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Performance teams to secure business development levers within your scope.
- Identify risks, report them, and propose solutions to ensure strategy implementation.
2. Ensure Commercial Development and Customer Satisfaction
- Independently manage your allocated accounts: oversee client relations and commercial development in France and internationally.
- Secure platform deployment: analyze and scope client needs, coordinate obendy® teams (technical, marketing, legal), manage client launches in all dimensions (technical, communication, etc.), and configure solution features.
- Guarantee contract performance: define and track KPIs, manage corrective actions on assigned accounts, report alerts and blockers to relevant stakeholders, and coordinate obendy® stakeholders.
- Drive commercial development within your scope.
- Represent obendy® at professional events.
- Coach, support, and develop the commercial growth of accounts allocated to your team (Junior KAM).

- Experience in project management and key account management.
- Professional English proficiency; a second language is a plus.
- Familiarity with the company's products and services.
