Position Overview

We are currently seeking experienced and technically skilled professionals to join our remote call center operations. Native-level fluency in French is required.

This position supports a premium, home-based project, providing first-level customer support through inbound and outbound services. You will act as the first point of contact for homeowners using a booking platform, specifically handling escalation cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical and general support inquiries
  • Deliver prompt assistance to high-priority customers
  • Manage follow-up calls and callback services
  • Log and classify all customer interactions
  • Analyze call data and provide reports on service activity and customer feedback
  • Monitor real-time call center activity
  • Maintain accurate records and resolution logs
  • Support internal and external communication as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service (inbound & outbound)
  • Friendly and empathetic communication style, especially in high-stress or escalated situations
  • Native-level French and fluent English

Nice to Have

  • Background in booking platforms or hospitality services
  • Technical experience (electronics, machinery, industrial sectors)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and office tools
  • Strong phone etiquette, documentation skills, and a professional work ethic
  • Experience with formal communication and administrative processes

    • RAM: 8GB or more

    • Screen Resolution: 1920x1080 preferred

Work Schedule (CET Time Zone)

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Shifts: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM or 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
  • Two days off per week
