Description du poste

What we're building

Founded in 2021 by Jules Veyrat, Alexandre Andreini, Nicolas Sayer, and Philippe Mangematin, Stoïk protects SMEs and mid-sized companies across Europe against cyber risks.

Our model combines cyber insurance, cybersecurity tools, and an in-house incident response team, all supported by AI. Our mission is as simple as it is ambitious: strengthen the cyber resilience of European businesses.

Today, Stoïk works with more than 2,000 broker partners, protects 11,000 companies, and employs over 130 experts across 6 European countries. To support this strong growth, we recently closed a €20M Series C funding round and aim to grow from 130 to 200 employees in 2026.

Our model: we help brokers understand cyber risk, master our platform, and sell our product to their SME clients. We don't sell directly. We make our partners successful.

Your role

Commercial broker support:

  • Guide brokers in using our online platform and help them understand our cyber insurance product.

  • Convince brokers to become business partners (handle objections, deliver product demos).

  • Help brokers close their first deals and build strong relationships to support them in equipping their clients with cyber insurance.

  • Keep brokers actively engaged and support them in the ongoing sale of our product.

Reporting & automation:

  • Track the activity of each agency in HubSpot (our CRM), identifying those who are disengaging or ready to level up.

  • Proactively reach out to and follow up with brokers in your portfolio based on CRM signals --- without being asked.

  • Build and maintain automated outreach sequences (follow-ups, nurturing, alerts for disengagement) to manage your portfolio at scale.

  • Use AI tools to personalise your communications.

Test & Learn:

We're inventing this model as we go!

  • Document what works so teams can benefit from it and improve our processes.

  • Work closely with other teams (Underwriting, Cyber, Product, etc.).

Who we're looking for

Relevant experience

  • 2 to 5 years in a commercially-focused role (Account Manager, CSM, partner portfolio management) at a tech or SaaS company. (Bonus: insurance or insurtech background)

  • Extra points if you've already managed a portfolio of brokers or partners remotely (intermediated sales).

  • Comfortable working hands-on with a CRM (ideally HubSpot): activity tracking, sequence automation, building dashboards or custom views.

What will set you apart

  • Strong people skills: you know how to build loyalty, create trust remotely, and make brokers think of you first.

  • Sales mindset: you spot an opportunity and go for it --- you don't wait to be told.

  • Curiosity and initiative around tools: comfortable with AI and no-code, always looking to integrate new tools (HubSpot, Slack, etc.).

  • Versatility and resilience: one day you're training 100 brokers, the next you're handling support, and the day after that you're unblocking a complex deal.

  • Rigour and proactivity: you own your portfolio and maintain perfect visibility through solid indicators and routines.

  • Care: you genuinely look after each intermediary --- not just tick a box.

What we offer

  • Hybrid work: you work from the Netherlands with periodic visits to our Paris office.

  • A unique product in Europe that addresses a real need for both insurance brokers and SME leaders who are currently largely unprotected against cyber risks.

  • Be among the first commercial hires at an ambitious, fast-growing company founded by top-tier profiles. The team is set to double in the coming year.

  • A high degree of autonomy in your day-to-day work.

  • An attractive package (base variable) and BSPCEs.

Hiring process

  • Introduction call with our Talent Manager,

  • Interview with our Country Manager,

  • Practical case study,

  • In-person interview with the Founders,

  • Informal meeting with the team.
