About the Role:

As part of strengthening its Go-To-Market operations, LexisNexis is recruiting a Deal Desk Analyst to support the growth of its activities, particularly in public and major accounts markets.

You will contribute to securing, structuring, and accelerating sales cycles, with a strong focus on public tenders.

You will leverage automation and artificial intelligence tools to optimize contractual processes and improve commercial performance.

Responsibilities:

  1. Management of Public Tenders

    • Coordinate responses to public tenders (marchés publics).
    • Analyze tender documents: administrative, legal, financial, and technical requirements.
    • Structure and manage internal contributions (Sales, Legal, Finance, Product, Marketing).
    • Ensure compliance with public procurement procedures and regulations, and guarantee the conformity of responses (administrative documents, technical memorandums, regulatory compliance).
    • Prepare and validate required administrative documents (certificates, etc.).
    • Ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
    • Manage the publication and tracking of tenders on dedicated platforms.
    • Capitalize on responses by implementing and enriching a content library (templates, standard memorandums, automation).
    • Identify opportunities for automating tender responses and contribute to the implementation of tools (including generative AI).
    • Undertake continuous training to update knowledge and stay abreast of applicable rules.
  2. Deal Flow Management & Contractual Structuring

    • Collect and centralize data related to Major Account contracts.
    • Populate the contract tracking tool.
    • Identify deviations from the reference template and contribute to harmonizing contractual practices in conjunction with the legal department.
    • Optimize contractual playbooks and improve the predictability of validation cycles.
    • Participate in optimizing GTM operations processes.
  3. Reporting & Performance Management

    • Track key performance indicators.
    • Analyze success and failure factors in tender processes.
    • Produce recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Contribute to the overall management of the Deal Desk activity.

Required Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) to Master's degree (Bac +5) in public law, management, business, or equivalent.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in public procurement; prior experience supporting sales teams in similar roles for private markets would be a plus.
  • Excellent command of public procurement law and procedures.
  • Awareness of contractual issues and risk management.
  • Strong organizational and multi-stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Analytical mindset and focus on continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in office software (Excel) and aptitude for digital tools/automation.
