Job Title: Freelance SAP Project Manager (French Speaking)
Location: Hybrid - 2 days per week on-site in Paris, remainder remote

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Freelance SAP Project Manager to lead and deliver SAP initiatives with a focus on S/4HANA. This role requires a strong communicator fluent in French, capable of managing stakeholders across business and technical teams in a hybrid working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Oversee S/4HANA-related activities, including planning, implementation, and optimization
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, technical experts, and external vendors
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear status updates and managing expectations
- Identify risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation strategies
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and SAP solutions
- Drive best practices in project governance, documentation, and reporting
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager on complex projects
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA (high-level/overview knowledge required)
- Fluency in French (spoken and written) is essential
- Experience working in a hybrid delivery model
- Background in the consulting industry preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a freelance capacity
Desirable Skills
- Experience with international or multi-country SAP rollouts
- Familiarity with agile and/or hybrid project methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities
Working Arrangement
- 2 days per week on-site in Paris
- Remaining days remote
