About RandomCoffee

Since 2018, RandomCoffee has existed to solve a structural problem in large organizations: fragmentation.

Multi-site, hybrid teams, matrix organization... The result: informal interactions disappear, culture becomes abstract, and informal learning (real learning) dies out.

RandomCoffee doesn't add "just another HR initiative."

We implement an infrastructure of rituals: regular, targeted, and measurable meetings, integrated into Teams/Slack/email, that reconnect people, break down organizational silos, and foster engagement & development simultaneously.

Incubated at Dauphine, at Facebook's Startup Garage in Station F, then at SAP, we have become a global reference in coworker connection with clients such as BPCE, Amgen, JLL, Cox, Snap, and Total Energie.

Today, RandomCoffee is entering a new phase:

👉 International acceleration (US focus) 👉 Key account structuring 👉 Launch of an even more ambitious product

Your Role

We are looking for an International Key Account Manager capable of managing and developing a strategic portfolio of key accounts (500+ employees), primarily in the United States, while also supporting our clients in France and Europe.

If this resonates with you, don't wait, apply! RandomCoffee is for you!

Your Missions

You will take charge of a portfolio of existing key accounts (500+ employees), with a clear responsibility: secure the long-term relationship and develop the value of your accounts (renewal and expansion).

Specifically, you will:

1. Manage Retention (Renewal Ownership)

  • Prepare and conduct renewals.
  • Monitor adoption, identify risks (disengagement, organizational changes, departing sponsors...).
  • Develop simple and effective action plans to anchor the ritual within the organization.

2. Develop Your Accounts (Expansion)

  • Define a strategy per account (where we have impact, where we can expand).
  • Identify and activate upsell/cross-sell opportunities (new scopes, new entities, new rituals/use cases: onboarding, peer learning, inclusion, internal mobility...).
  • Transform local programs into broader deployments (US/Global).

3. Manage Diverse Stakeholders (International)

  • Map the client organization: decision-makers, sponsors, champions.
  • Work with HR and transformation stakeholders: HRBPs, People Ops, L&D, Employee Experience, DEI, sometimes leadership.
  • Adapt your pitch: not "a tool," but a sustainable mechanism with proof points (KPIs, adoption, field feedback).

4. Collaborate Closely with the Team

  • Close collaboration with project/operations teams.
  • Provide client insights to improve the offering, product, and KAM playbook.

🌍 International Context

The American market is a strategic priority. We are looking for someone:

  • Proficient in English (bilingual).
  • Capable of interacting with US-based teams.
  • Sensitive to US/Europe business cultural differences.
  • Autonomous in an international environment.

Your Skills

👤 Desired Profile

  • 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS Account Management, or 1-2 years of highly successful experience in B2B SaaS AM/CSM/Sales with strong commercial maturity.
  • Proven experience with complex and international accounts.
  • Track record in developing existing accounts (expansion revenue).

We remain open to a more junior profile with a solid first experience and high potential, capable of quickly gaining autonomy on international accounts.

💡 What Will Make a Difference

  • You know how to grow an account (not just "manage" it).
  • You enjoy understanding the client's "why" (culture, engagement, learning, transformation challenges).
  • You can tell a clear story: rituals → adoption → measurable impact.
  • You are comfortable in a startup environment: speed, responsibility, ownership.

Experience in the HR/People ecosystem (HR SaaS, consulting firms, HR consulting, HRTech, L&D, engagement, EX...) is a significant plus.
