Creative Strategist - Meta Ads
We are a rapidly growing, profitable, and expanding US-based DTC wellness brand seeking a creative strategist passionate about high-performing ad creation. We operate at a fast pace with clear processes and high volumes.
Responsibilities and Deliverables
Research and Strategy:
- Daily trend monitoring, competitor and market analysis, and ad trend research.
- Avatar analysis and identification of new marketing angles.
Static Ads:
- Produce 10 static ads daily, including 2-3 rapid iterations per ad.
Weekly Video Briefing:
- Provide creative briefs (hooks, pacing, user-generated content suggestions, cutaway shots, on-screen text). Video editing will be handled by our editor.
Reporting:
- Submit a weekly report detailing strengths, weaknesses, key learnings, and areas for future consideration.
Channels and Formats
- Primary: Meta Ads
Required Skills
- Proven experience in producing static performance reports and briefs for high-volume DTC brands.
- Excellent ability to conceptualize compelling angles and hooks, craft headlines, and structure offers.
- Proficiency in AI, as speed is paramount.
- Data-driven approach: Analyze CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and CVR to optimize campaigns.
- Fluent English (US market).
- Organized, fast, and reliable.
- Full-time availability as a freelancer.
Additional Assets:
- Experience in the wellness sector.
- Experience writing UGC briefs.
Ongoing:
- Consistent flow of high-performing campaigns, rapid iteration cycles, and clear educational documentation weekly.
