Description du poste
The Role
This is a highly consultative, client-facing role focused on driving successful adoption across major construction projects.
What You'll Do
- Manage strategic relationships across major accounts in France and Europe
- Drive successful onboarding, deployment, and adoption across multiple live projects
- Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Lead strategic reviews, workshops, and performance consultations
- Translate platform insights into clear operational recommendations
- Identify expansion opportunities and long-term account growth strategies
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Technical teams
- Represent the voice of the customer internally to influence roadmap and delivery improvements
- Contribute to playbooks, frameworks, and best practice development across the Customer Success function
About You
- Experience in construction, ideally site-based (Site Manager, Project Engineer, Works Manager, Project Manager)
- Strong stakeholder management skills across senior and operational teams
- Comfortable driving change management and product adoption
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, solutions-led, and highly autonomous
- Fluent French (C2)
- Professional English (minimum B1)
- Comfortable travelling up to 30%
- Must be based in Paris
