Growth Manager, Paris France
B2B SaaS (Remote, with an office in Paris)
I'm working with a high-growth B2B SaaS business scaling across Europe. They're hiring a Growth Manager to own marketing-led growth for the French market.
This is a hands-on growth role with clear ownership of a defined territory. You'll be close to campaigns, closely aligned with the French Sales team, and accountable for turning commercial goals into pipeline and bookings.
The role
As Growth Manager for France, you'll own the marketing plan and execution for your market. You'll decide how demand is generated locally, which campaigns to run, and how activity translates into commercial impact.
You'll work closely with central Product Marketing, Content, Performance Marketing and Digital teams, and manage one direct report.
What you'll be doing
- Owning the France marketing plan based on pipeline and bookings targets
- Working closely with the French Sales team on priorities, accounts, pipeline quality and conversion
- Turning market and sales insight into clear campaign briefs and execution plans
- Working with Product Marketing and Content to define campaign themes and priorities
- Deploying content across demand generation campaigns --- webinars, short-form and long-form formats
- Planning and delivering demand-focused events and webinars as pipeline drivers
- Partnering with performance and digital teams to activate campaigns through paid channels (Google primary)
- Owning the France marketing budget and deciding how campaigns and channels are prioritised
- Reviewing performance across the full funnel through to bookings
What they're looking for
- Hands-on experience in a Growth or Demand Generation role in B2B SaaS
- Comfortable owning a market rather than a single channel
- Strong experience partnering closely with Sales in a B2B environment
- Full-funnel thinking through to pipeline and bookings
- Experience running campaigns across content, events and digital
- A pragmatic, commercial mindset and comfort making judgement calls
- French market knowledge --- language skills and understanding of the French B2B buyer strongly preferred
- Must be professional working level or fluent in English Language for internal comms
