The role

As an AI Solutions Engineer at Prismic, you operate at the intersection of AI, marketing, and product.

Your mission: turn Prismic into an undeniable "aha" moment for every prospect.

Your role is to design and deliver high-impact demo experiences that show, not tell, the value of Prismic immediately tangible for prospects. You take a company's business context, acquisition strategy, and brand, and turn it into a compelling, hands-on experience where prospects clearly see how Prismic can drive growth.

While you maintain a strong understanding of the Prismic Platform (Headless CMS) , your primary focus is on showcasing Prismic Agents --- AI-powered workflows that enable marketing teams to generate, personalize, and scale high-performing content without engineering.

This is not a traditional solutions role.

You are part builder, part strategist, part storyteller:

  • You translate a company's growth strategy into working AI workflows
  • You prototype fast, with real data and real use cases
  • You craft narratives that make the future feel immediate and achievable

What you'll be doing

  • Win deals through exceptional demo experiences built around Prismic Agents (SEO, ABM, Paid Ads, localization)
  • Translate prospect content production context (business model, acquisition strategy, brand) into tailored AI workflows
  • Build lightweight prototypes, automations, and datasets to bring use cases to life
  • Use the Prismic platform to create realistic, scalable content architectures
  • Continuously refine demo assets into a repeatable, high-conversion demo system
  • Act as a feedback loop between sales, product, and AI capabilities

What Success Looks Like

  • Prospects clearly understand the value of Prismic within minutes
  • Demo experiences directly influence pipeline conversion and deal velocity
  • Prismic Agents become a core reason customers choose Prismic
  • Demo assets evolve into scalable growth and sales leverage

Who You Might Be

  • You deeply understand marketing and growth mechanics (SEO, paid, lifecycle, personalization)
  • You are hands-on with APIs, scripting, and AI tools (prompting, automation, LLM workflows)
  • You have a builder mindset: you prototype quickly, creatively, and pragmatically
  • You combine technical skill with product intuition and storytelling
  • You have strong taste and judgment --- you know what makes something compelling, not just functional
  • You are highly autonomous and thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
