Role Description
The Cultural Foresight Apprentice internship is a hybrid role based in the Greater Paris Metropolitan Region, with a mix of on-site collaboration and the possibility to work from home. In this role, you will support the identification and analysis of cultural, consumer, and societal trends that may shape the future of the wine and spirits category and broader lifestyle sectors.
You will assist in monitoring media, social platforms, cultural reports, and market research to synthesize insights and build clear narratives for internal stakeholders. You will help prepare presentations, briefs, and workshops that translate foresight into actionable recommendations for brand, innovation, and strategy teams. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to internal knowledge-sharing tools, and support the organization of inspiration sessions and trend immersions.
Throughout the internship, you will develop your analytical, storytelling, and strategic thinking skills while working closely with experienced foresight and strategy professionals.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and research abilities, with capacity to scan, interpret, and synthesize cultural, consumer, and market trends into clear insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French is a plus), with the ability to build compelling narratives and visual presentations.
- Demonstrated interest in culture, media, lifestyle, and emerging societal behaviors, ideally with prior academic or project experience related to foresight, strategy, or consumer insights.
- Proficiency with standard office and collaboration tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, collaborative platforms); familiarity with social listening or desk research tools is an advantage.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in fields such as marketing, sociology, cultural studies, business, communication, design, or related disciplines.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with diverse, international teams.
- Alignment with responsible consumption values and willingness to engage with the company's sustainability and responsibility commitments.
