AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and own scraping, parsing, and structuring pipelines for complex financial documents (annual reports, 10-Ks, PDFs at scale).

• Design and ship LLM-powered features: financial chatbot, semantic search, document understanding, and AI-assisted analysis.

• Architect and maintain RAG pipelines and embedding infrastructure on our GCP stack.

• Evaluate models, frameworks, and tools (open-source and proprietary) for cost-performance fit, and make the call.

• Empower the R&D team with purpose-built AI tools to accelerate their research workflows.

• Implement AI-driven ops workflows: lead scoring, content generation, dev productivity tooling.

• Run weekly POCs on emerging AI building blocks (LLMs, agents, multimodal) to identify future competitive advantages.

• Define quality and reliability standards for AI systems in a GDPR/DORA-compliant environment.
