Our first mission is to develop and propagate an eye-tracking lab to help objectively diagnose neurologic diseases and treat vision disorders through instant quantification of the clinical examination.
The Role
As a Clinical Application Specialist at neuroclues, you will be the clinical value champion across the entire customer lifecycle. You will play a critical role in ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and longterm value realization of neuroclues solutions.
Blending clinical expertise , customer success ownership , and technical fluency, you will act as a trusted clinical partner to customers while collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and technical teams. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth---while ultimately improving clinical efficiency and patient outcomes.
What You'll Do
Customer Success & Lifecycle Ownership
- Own the end to end customer journey, from onboarding and go live through adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Deliver high impact clinical onboarding and training to ensure confident product use and successful outcomes.
- Manage strategic customer relationships, proactively identifying risks, driving renewals, and supporting expansion opportunities.
Clinical & Domain Expertise
- Serve as a trusted clinical advisor, guiding customers on workflows, best practices, and outcome driven product use.
- Translate neuroclues' technology into meaningful clinical and operational value for end users and decisionmakers.
- Support clinical validation activities and contribute expert insight during both pre and postsales engagements.
Technical & Solution Guidance
- Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently support clinical and technical questions during setup and daily use.
- Partner with internal technical teams to resolve complex issues and ensure smooth, successful implementations.
Revenue Enablement & Growth
- Support the Sales team with clinical demonstrations, workflow discovery, and customer facing presentations.
- Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities in close collaboration with Sales and Customer Success leadership.
Operational Excellence & Cross Functional Collaboration
- Contribute to scalable Customer Success processes, playbooks, and success metrics.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, sharing clinical insights with Product, Marketing, and Support teams to continuously improve our solutions.
What You Bring
Required Experience & Skills
- Clinical background as a former clinician, medical technologist, or equivalent, with a strong understanding of clinical workflows and patient care processes.
- Proven experience designing, optimizing, and implementing clinical workflows to drive adoption and measurable outcomes.
- Strong training and facilitation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging, high impact clinical education.
- Hands on experience onboarding customers, managing day-to-day requests, and supporting product adoption.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross functional teams (Product, Operations, Commercial, Technical).
- Comfort working with digital tools, Customer Success platforms, and data analytics to guide decisions.
- Experience managing escalations and building long term, trusted customer relationships.
- Strategic, business oriented mindset with the ability to align customer outcomes to company goals.
- Experience contributing to scalable processes and supporting organizational change.
