Who are we?
MyUnisoft is a SaaS platform that transforms the accounting profession by offering a collaborative and intelligent workspace between accounting firms and their VSE/SME clients.
With its complete ecosystem: accounting, internal management, collaborative portal, task automation, and electronic invoicing, MyUnisoft optimizes time spent, strengthens process reliability, and facilitates exchanges between firms and businesses.
More than 200 employees contribute daily to this dynamic: Product, QA, UX/UI, Tech, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Academy, Support teams... and also the Human Resources, Purchasing, and Finance functions.
This structured organization allows us to be as close as possible to our users' needs, understand their challenges, and continuously evolve the platform to offer them the best possible experience.
To strengthen our training team, composed of 6 internal expert trainers, 2 pedagogical designers, and 2 designers, we are looking for a trainer (H/F) dedicated to our accounting firm clients and their clients. Your mission is to support them in mastering our tools so that they quickly become autonomous, efficient, and satisfied.
Your objective: Train firms in mastering the Financial Management solution so that they can deploy it successfully with their VSE/SME clients.
Your missions

Lead in-person or remote training sessions (webinars, videoconferences) adapted to users' levels and needs.

Support clients with their specific issues through targeted consulting actions (analysis of written requests, personalized responses...).

Participate in the design of training modules: materials, pedagogical paths, evaluation tests, etc.

Collaborate closely with the product, support, and sales teams to integrate software evolutions and provide support to prospects and clients.

Ensure rigorous follow-up via our training management tool (Dendreo), producing reports and collecting participant feedback.
Your profile

You have significant experience in the field of training.

You are comfortable explaining, simplifying, and transmitting knowledge.

You demonstrate pedagogical skills, rigor, and patience.

You are comfortable with digital tools (videoconferencing, training platforms).

You have expert use of commercial management software.

You have experience in administrative management in SMEs/VSEs (payment tracking, customer reminders, and stock realities).
