Your Future Colleagues

You will be working on Lucca Feuilles de temps/Timesheet, a time-tracking solution that balances legal compliance with ease of use. Its interface is designed to offer the best possible user experience and simplify employees' daily routines. It notably allows for the automation of work hour entry and tracking, thus facilitating overtime management.

Our Main Objectives for 2026:

  • Development of a solution centered around a physical and virtual time clock
  • Adaptation of our software to the "deskless worker" market
  • Evolution of our solutions in line with French and international legislation

Behind these various topics lie exciting challenges led by a dynamic team of 15 people (Dev, PM, PrD, PMM). More broadly, you will join the GTA (Time and Activity Management) Business Unit, Lucca's range of time management solutions. The BU comprises over 50 people across Nantes, Marseille, and Paris, responsible for the following software:

  • Absences: Leave management
  • Office: Workplace management
  • Feuille de temps: Work time tracking
  • Shift Management: Schedule management
  • As well as their mobile iOS and Android versions.

What You'll Do

  • Conception & specification
  • Development & monitoring
  • Documentation & communication
  • Testing & support

As a Product Manager, your daily activities will include:

  • Proposing ideas for the roadmap
  • Leading the discovery of new features and writing specifications
  • Collaborating with the Product Designer to create mockups of interfaces to be developed
  • Conducting user testing
  • Participating in technical specifications with the development team
  • Writing and prioritizing user stories
  • Planning future developments
  • Establishing quality requirements and the appropriate test plan with developers
  • Monitoring and accepting features under development
  • Documenting changes as needed
  • Contributing to the creation of the communication plan for developed features (internal and external training, release notes, blog posts, etc.)
  • Responding to Level 2 support requests (advanced questions or bugs) alongside other PMs.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience required
  • Master's degree (Bac+5)
  • English level B2 (listening, reading, and speaking)

Compensation & Location:

  • Salary range: €51,000 - €56,000 gross annual fixed, depending on experience
  • Location: Marseille
  • Work model: On-site or hybrid (2-3 days of remote work per week)
