With the acquisition of the Australian brand Aēsop in 2023, the Group continues to expand its portfolio through targeted acquisitions as part of its drive to create the future of beauty.

Today, L'Oréal includes more than 2,000 tech positions and is constantly growing. Beauty Tech is changing the game and leading the shift towards new consumer realities and a digital disruption. Championing Beauty Tech, we invent the beauty of the future while becoming the company of the future.

Beauty Tech is how we know our consumers intimately, augmenting their beauty journeys with unparalleled diverse and sustainable experiences. Beauty Tech equips the Group with the key assets it needs to conquer this new world, where Tech has become strategic. With this ambition, L'Oréal continues to recruit diverse, innovative, skilled and passionate minds in different tech domains such as Data, Digital, Cloud, Cyber Security, IT Architecture, DevOps, Applications and Infrastructure.

YOUR FUTURE TEAM

L'Oréal is the world's leading Beauty Tech powerhouse. Our IT2030 transformation agenda is designed to accelerate this leadership, building the next generation of Technology that will power the future of Beauty.

Within this global transformation, the Enterprise Architecture & Integration (EA & Integration) entity serves as the Tech Spine of L'Oréal. Our purpose is defined by a clear North Star:

Our Vision:

Sovereign by ambition. Scalable by design. Driven by a tech-native mindset.

We power the next frontier of Beauty Tech with purpose, resilience, and impact.

Our Mission:

As the Tech Spine of L'Oréal, we orchestrate the strategic foundations of Beauty Tech and make technology the engine of lasting transformation, paving the way for Beauty Tech's next era.

To deliver on this mission, L'Oréal Beauty Tech and more specifically the Enterprise Architecture & Integration Function operates a federated operating model:

  • Global teams define integration standards, platforms and reusable capabilities
  • Zones co-own delivery and business outcomes

At the heart of this model, the Hybrid Integration Platform (HIP) and associated integration services (APIs, messaging, eventing, monitoring) are mission-critical assets, supporting high-volume, business-critical flows across the Group.

Your job in a nutshell

The Global Integration Product Owner is responsible for the success of Integration Products that enable simple, secure and scalable data exchange across the Group. These products include business APIs, event streams, integration services, templates, connectors and self-service assets used by multiple internal teams.

You manage the product backlog and work with the team to maximize the value delivered, promote reuse and ensure standardization of integration solutions across the organization. You work closely with business platform stakeholders, architects, data teams and engineering teams to design, prioritize and deliver integration capabilities that enable key business use cases.

You will report to the Global Architecture Solution & Engineering Lead.

You'll work closely with Global & Zone Product Teams, Global Project Teams, Global & Zone Integration teams, Enterprise and Solution Architects, Strategic Integration Technology Partners and more.

Your mission

Your mission is to maximize the value, adoption and reuse of the Integration products and to support the move to a product-driven integration model.

This means that you will:

  • Lead integration delivery for assigned projects: define and secure the integration scope, build the delivery plan, coordinate involved teams, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of integration capabilities.
  • Identify product opportunities within projects: analyze integration needs and designs to spot recurring patterns, challenge one-off solutions, and propose candidates for Integration Products with clear internal customers and business value.
  • Own the backlog of emerging integration products: for selected product candidates, structure and prioritize the backlog, write and refine user stories, and work with the squad to deliver MVPs and iterations that can be progressively reused beyond the initial project.
  • Productize and industrialize integration assets: ensure that integration capabilities delivered in projects are transformed into reusable, documented and supported products (catalog entry, documentation, SLAs, versioning), and drive their adoption across zones and teams.
  • Ensure that integration solutions are reusable, robust and easy to consume (standard contracts, documentation, SLAs) rather than one-off developments.
  • Coordinate with platform, security and data governance teams to ensure compliance with architecture, security and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor product usage and quality indicators (incidents, performance, adoption) and drive continuous improvement actions with the squad.
  • Contribute to documentation, release notes, demos and training to support adoption of the integration catalog by internal users.

What you'll be accountable for

This role is accountable for the long-term sustainability and resilience of L'Oréal's integration products.

Specifically, the Global Integration Product Owner is accountable for:

  • Owning the global success of assigned Integration Products and supporting the transition from project-based integration to a product-driven model.
  • Defining and maintaining the vision, scope and backlog for Integration Products within scope.
  • Leading integration delivery for key projects and ensure alignment between project outcomes and long-term product strategy.
  • Promoting reuse and standardization of integration solutions across platforms and zones.
  • Ensuring compliance with architecture, security and data governance standards in all integration designs and deliveries.
  • Fostering effective collaboration and communication with business, platform, architecture and practice teams. Alignment with EA & Integration strategy: Ensuring platform decisions support IT2030 objectives, sovereignty, resilience and long-term agility.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED!

First and foremost, we love people that are curious, collaborative, eager to have an impact, proactive and who value innovation, autonomy, and team spirit.

Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to have:

  • 8 or more years' of experience in Integration project management, Product Management or similar role in a large complex organization
  • Strong background in data exchange and Integration (APIs, event streaming, IPaaS, low code, etc.)
  • Proven ability to manage products designing and operating large-scale integration platforms in production
  • Experience working in global, distributed environments
  • Nice to have: Integration or API management certifications (Apigee, Workato, equivalent)

Technical expertise & Hard skills

  • Good understanding of integration concepts (APIs, events, batch/interface flows).
  • Experience working with iPaaS solutions (e.g. Workato or similar).
  • Ability to read and challenge high-level technical designs and data flows with architects and engineers.
  • Practical experience with agile tools and documentation (Confluence, API / interface documentation).

Soft skills & Mindset

  • Strong product mindset: focus on value, reuse and standardization.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to make complex topics simple for nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills to support a shift from project to product mode.
  • Analytical and structured, able to prioritize, make tradeoff decisions and manage uncertainty.
