As part of the expansion of our specialized legal entity management team, we are looking for a corporate lawyer.

YOUR MISSION:

• Analysis and follow-up of client requests;
• Execution of services within deadlines;
• Ensuring service quality for both compliance with periodic obligations of clients' legal entities ("annual maintenances") and ad hoc requests related to the life of legal entities ("special projects");
• Participation in the preparation of internal and client activity reports;
• Billing follow-up.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Holder of a Master's degree in law, ideally with a specialization in corporate law;
• At least 2 years of experience, preferably acquired in corporate law;
• An interest in comparative law and a curiosity to understand diverse legal systems;
• Perfect command of English, both spoken and written;
• Perfect command of Arabic, both spoken and written;
• Attention to detail;
• Excellent command of Microsoft Word and Excel, and comfortable with all IT tools.

About the position:

• 100% remote work;
• Position based in Lyon or the surrounding area;
• Occasional travel possible;
• Possibility of relocation to the Middle East in the medium term.
