As an Event Project Manager, you'll play a key role in Kactus' international expansion and ensure our clients' satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities
🌟 Manage your clients' event requests:
You'll handle client inquiries and guide them throughout the entire booking process to deliver an unforgettable experience --- from briefing and commercial follow-up to contacting suppliers, negotiating offers, and finalizing bookings.
❤️ Build long-term client relationships:
You'll develop strong, lasting relationships with your clients, ensuring their satisfaction before and after the booking, turning them into loyal Kactus ambassadors within their companies.
🗣️ Focus on Poland :
Native Polish skills are required, Fluent English also. French is a plus. Work Experience in Poland is required.
