The Role
As a Founder's Associate at INFINIT, you own a portfolio of customers across your market. But "own" means something different here. You're not just checking in on renewals or answering tickets. You are the single person your customers call when something isn't working, when they have a question, or when they need help getting more out of the product. Your day is shaped by their needs, and you respond fast, solve creatively, and figure out how to make the product work better for them.
There's no product manager between you and the product. You are the product manager. You'll work directly with an engineer and get into the code yourself through tools like Claude. You see what customers need, you figure out the solution, and you ship it. Think of it as being a founder for your portfolio: you handle the relationship, you see the opportunity, and you make it happen.
You don't need a technical background. You need to be razor-sharp, hungry to learn, instinctive about what customers want, love talking to customers, and the type of person who plays with AI prompts at midnight because you can't stop finding new ways to solve problems.
What do we want to achieve together?
- Own your customer portfolio end-to-end: answer questions, relationship health, product adoption, renewal, upsell, and churn prevention. ALL of it is yours.
- Become the expert on your customers' businesses: Understand how they use the product, where they get stuck, what features would transform their operations, and what drives them to stay or leave.
- Use AI tools (Claude, HubSpot automations, internal prompt libraries) to create leverage in your day-to-day so you spend 60%+ of your time on proactive, high-value work.
- Translate customer problems into product requirements and then work with engineering to build solutions using AI-assisted development. You don't just file tickets; you learn to ship.
- Drive product feature adoption across your portfolio: identify which of our capabilities drive the most value per customer segment, build the adoption playbook, and execute it.
- Make your customers wildly successful: figure out what they actually need, use your brain to find creative solutions, ship things that make their lives easier, and think outside the box. This isn't about calling more; it is about being smart enough to make retention and expansion happen naturally.
- Build and refine playbooks that become the standard for the team. Your frontline experience shapes how everyone else operates.
What do you need to be successful in this role?
- You enjoy talking to customers and fixing their problems. You will be proactively reaching out to your customers to ensure they are successful.
- An entrepreneurial mindset: above all else, you've started something, built something, or can't stop thinking about building something. You see broken processes and fix them before anyone asks.
- Exceptional intellectual horsepower: you pick up new domains fast, connect dots others miss, and thrive in ambiguity. Degree from a top-tier university or equivalent proof that you can learn anything quickly.
- High energy and self-direction, you don't wait for permission to move. You've thrived in high-performance environments: consulting, investment banking, high-growth startups, or similar.
- Bilingual: fluent English plus at least one of Spanish, French, German, or Italian. You'll communicate across markets and build trust with customers in their language.
- A natural communicator who makes customers feel heard. You can explain a complex product issue to a frustrated customer AND translate that same issue into a clear requirement for an engineer.
