Assistant(e) Gestion Locative
We are looking for an Assistant(e) Gestion Locative for our team located in Bordeaux to revolutionize rental real estate with us and support our clients.

The position allows you to acquire all the basics of rental real estate and aims to develop your skills for rapid progression to the role of manager.
Your mission:
You will work in tandem with one of our managers and be responsible for managing a portfolio.
- You are the first point of contact for tenants, owners, and partners at Homepilot.
- You are responsible for the technical management of the properties we rent: processing intervention requests, scheduling interventions with our partners, monitoring work, and reporting to insurance companies.
- You are responsible for tenant relations and the guarantor of our service quality. You handle requests throughout the rental period, monitor rent payments, check insurance policies, etc.
- You assist the manager in their duties: pre-litigation management, negotiation and monitoring of commercial leases, charge reconciliation, etc.
