Mission

We are looking for a passionate, curious, and motivated Product Analyst to transform data into business decisions and concrete optimizations. You will not be a mere executor; we want someone who enjoys understanding client needs, delving into data, and providing clients with the tools for a data-driven approach, finding pleasure in seeing clients make sound decisions based on your work.

Hint is an Analytics & CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) agency. Our mission is pragmatic: transform raw data into growth levers for our clients. We support major players (La France Mutualiste, TF1, La Ligue Nationale de Rugby, Prixtel, Coriolis, Syma, Groupe Novetude...) across three pillars of expertise:

1️⃣ Tracking & Analytics (The Foundation)

Audit, advanced tracking plans, GTM/Tag Co implementation (Web & Server-side), GCM v2, Enhanced Conversions, GDPR Compliance, data monitoring... Objective: Ensure reliable, documented tracking that is easy to exploit, maintain over time, and understand, regardless of the tools or the number of ad networks.


2️⃣ Data-driven (Decision Making)

Journey analysis, performance analysis, dashboards, weekly reporting, monthly reporting, executive reporting, LLM, Alerting. Objective: Guide our clients through recurring reporting and analysis cycles to provide insights, actions, and enable data-driven decision-making.


3️⃣ CROissance, Experimentation, and Activation

Growth strategy, UX/Data/Journey analysis, A/B test implementation, segmentation assistance and activation, continuous learning in Product Discovery cycles. Objective: Leverage data (quantitative & qualitative) to define a CROissance strategy (for 3/6/12 months) or implement a "test & learn" approach to continuously maintain and improve customer lifecycle performance.


Required Skills

  • Excellent tracking mastery: GTM, Tag Commander, analytics tools, tracking plans, testing, debugging, dashboarding. You know how to set up clean and reliable tracking from A to Z.
  • Custom integrations & JS: You get hands-on with code when necessary: SDKs, UTM management, localStorage, cookies, advanced dataLayer, custom attribution scripts. You are not afraid of a JS snippet.
  • Data & SQL: You can read and write SQL queries. You have experience with BigQuery (or equivalent: Snowflake...) for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Dashboarding: You are proficient with Looker Studio (or Power BI, Metabase...). You can build readable dashboards, maintain them, and advise clients on their KPIs.
  • Analysis & Recommendations: You don't just present numbers. You dig deep, identify real problems, and propose actionable solutions.
  • A/B Testing: You master the complete process: analysis → hypothesis → setup (coding skills not essential) → analysis → recommendation / iteration.
  • Analytics / Dashboarding Tools: GA4, Matomo, Piano Analytics, Looker, Amplitude, ContentSquare, Hotjar, Clarity... You are comfortable with at least 3 to 4 of these tools.
  • Rigor & Organization: You can follow a process, document your work, and deliver without needing reminders.
  • Client Relations: You can simplify data, lead client calls, defend your recommendations without being rigid. Above all, you understand that everything is human relations, and you can build natural rapport with your clients.
  • Collaborative Spirit: You work hand-in-hand with teams (product, CRO Strategist, UX, dev, marketing) to ensure your analyses translate into actions.

Required Experience

  • Minimum 2 years in tracking / analytics.
  • You have prior CRO experience and are familiar with the process.
  • Similar experience client-side or agency-side.
  • Autonomous with GTM and GA4 (and other analytics tools) – no hand-holding required.
  • Understanding of SQL and its benefits.
  • Knowledge of APIs and webhooks (for tool integration).
  • Proficiency with reporting and Business Intelligence tools: e.g., experience with BigQuery, Looker Studio (or equivalents).
  • Experience implementing custom JS integrations (advanced tracking, SDKs, attribution...).
  • Ability to present results to non-technical stakeholders.

Your Tasks

  • Design and implement tracking plans (GA4, GTM, Tag Co, Matomo...).
  • Analyze user journeys and identify friction points.
  • Produce business recommendations (not just observations).
  • Create recurring reports and deliver recommendations clearly and concisely.
  • Prepare data collection and analysis for weekly (Monday morning) and monthly (1st of each month) client reports.
  • Design, deploy, and analyze A/B tests.
  • Design and maintain Looker Studio dashboards.
  • Ensure regular QA and monitoring of data & A/B tests.
  • Manage client relations for your projects (weekly calls, presentations, workshops).
  • Train and onboard client teams on data utilization.
  • Participate in staying updated on CRO, tracking, and best practices.

Compensation & Conditions

🕰️ Part-time initially - 10 to 15 hours/week

  • Scalable based on abilities and willingness

💰 Compensation based on client consumption, can vary depending on the scope/complexity of certain clients. Based on profile, performance, or workload (starting around €1500 to €2100/month depending on consumption).

  • Bonuses: €250 to €500 per renewal/client feedback...

The position is evolving: we are looking for individuals ready to start quickly and work on initial clients. You can start with a few hours per week, and if you excel in the role and are motivated, you can quickly progress:

  • More assignments
  • Recurring assignments (thus recurring income and stability)

What's important to us: we are looking for a profile who wants to grow with the agency and take on significant responsibilities in the coming years.

  • Easily available for occasional on-site meetings (max 2-3 days every 3 months).
