Le Groupe SeLoger is the marketplace for real estate portals in France, supporting and assisting French people in all their real estate projects for over 30 years. Our mission is to offer each of our users a simple and effective real estate experience so they can complete their purchase, sale, or rental projects with complete peace of mind. We provide the widest selection of listings to facilitate property searches based on specific criteria and answer all questions related to real estate projects.

Product Environment at SeLoger

To achieve our ambitious growth objectives and maintain agility amidst strong recruitment, we use OKR-based management. Our Product & Tech team is organized into multidisciplinary units of developers, integrators, and product managers, all focused on delivering added value to users and clients. We have a robust product process at SeLoger (discovery studies, Product Intake, committed global roadmap, product reviews) and follow an Agile Delivery methodology (Scrum and Kanban mix) with daily stand-ups, 2-week sprints, and product demos.

We Are Looking for Someone Capable Of:

• Collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders to identify and define business problems and opportunities supporting our OKR and product adoption.
• Solving complex business and client issues by organizing discovery workshops with sales teams and developing implementable solutions for the SeLoger communication platform with your team.
• Serving as the point of contact for the product roadmap, establishing the product vision and value proposition with the product lead.
• Managing communications at all levels, effectively presenting the product to the product lead and key stakeholders.
• Prioritizing the product backlog and ensuring the right framework for agile teams.
• Contributing to the improvement of team velocity and delivery processes.

Qualifications

• B2B / SaaS / Agent-oriented product experience.
• Intensive client discovery work.
• Comfort with smaller-scale, relationship-driven products.
• Ability to work closely with business/sales realities.
• Solid understanding of user workflows and operational pain points.

• SaaS tools.
• Workflow tools.
• CRM-type products.
• Platforms for agents/vendors.
• Products for business users.
