Your Role Day-to-Day:
We are currently looking for an apprentice Manager - Advisor H/F for a 2-year program. Reporting to the Operations and Clients Department, the apprentice's main mission is to support and retain clients through various channels.
Your Missions:
First Year: Process management tasks related to our entire range of banking and financial products
- Verify the completeness of files and the consistency of information to process client requests (update personal data, subscriptions, account closures, etc.).
- Manage banking operations (transfers, direct debits, check deposits, third-party orders, etc.).
- Carry out operations on other products in the Fortuneo range (life insurance buy-backs, PEA contributions, etc.).
Second Year: Advise and support our clients and prospects remotely
- Respond accurately and effectively to all requests from our clients and prospects by phone or email regarding banking matters.
- Through the quality of telephone reception and the relevance of your responses, you will significantly contribute to the satisfaction and retention of our clients and prospects.
