About the Role
HR Administration & Payroll:
- Coordinate monthly payroll close with the external payroll provider (collection and entry of variable pay data via the HRIS)
- Prepare, review, and manage employment contracts, amendments, and statutory HR documentation throughout the employee lifecycle
- Administer health insurance and provident benefit plans in partnership with external providers
- Manage health insurance and provident benefits with partner organizations
- Monitor administrative files: residence permits, occupational health
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timely maintenance of employee data across HR systems and internal tools (Workday, Staff & Go)
Social monitoring & compliance:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations (BDESE, Gender Equality Index, profit-sharing schemes)
- Conduct ongoing HR regulatory watch and ensure adherence to applicable collective labor agreements (Syntec)
- Deliver reliable, structured HR reporting to support decision-making and internal stakeholders
HR Projects & Continuous Improvement:
- Actively contribute to group-wide People initiatives, including process automation, standardization, and continuous improvement projects
- Support HR communications and contribute to initiatives aimed at strengthening employer branding and employee engagement
Onboarding:
- Support and coordinate the onboarding experience for new hires to ensure a smooth and welcoming integration
- Support smooth daily operations by coordinating workplace technology and employee equipment (e.g mobile phones, telecom subscriptions)
About You:
- Minimum 2--3 years of experience in HR operations roles
- Strong knowledge of outsourced payroll, contract management, and HR administration
- Solid command of French labor law; knowledge of the Syntec Collective Agreement is a plus
- Fluent French & English (must have)
- Autonomous, detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-changing environment
- Knowledge of Workday and Staff & Go is a plus
