The Marketing & Growth team is one of the largest and most dynamic at Fever, playing a central role in driving visibility, engagement, and business impact across the company. We work closely with nearly every department, combining strategy, creativity, and data to connect millions of people with unforgettable experiences.

The Role

As a Growth Senior Analyst, you will independently lead high-impact global projects and strategies to drive Fever's entertainment market expansion across up to 40 countries. By designing end-to-end solutions and managing new business streams, you will collaborate across departments to enhance overall company performance.

What You'll Do

• Contribute to one of Fever's key markets, focusing on its growth and development.
• Work independently and manage your own pipeline of projects within a business line.
• Take part in the exponential growth of Fever by leading global projects that will define the future of the entertainment industry.
• Enhance overall company performance across different business departments.
• Define and establish new strategies to increase performance using analytical, business, and strategic skills.
• Design end-to-end solutions with daily high impact.
• Create, develop, and manage new projects like new business streams, workflows, and strategies.
• Work with people and projects across different markets (up to 40 countries).

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or a background in Maths, Statistics, Data analytics, or Strategy.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in a business analytics role.
• High level of English is required; Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or analytics roles at top tech firms is a significant advantage.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn numbers into strategic decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding of any coding language is preferred (SQL, R, Python...).
• Proactive problem-solver and opportunity-seeker.
