Meet the Team

The Marketing & Growth team is one of the largest and most dynamic at Fever, playing a central role in driving visibility, engagement, and business impact across the company. We work closely with nearly every department, combining strategy, creativity, and data.

The Role

As a Growth Analyst, you will independently lead high-impact global projects and strategies to drive Fever's entertainment market expansion across up to 40 countries. By designing end-to-end solutions and managing new business streams, you will collaborate across departments to enhance overall company performance.

What You'll Do

• Contribute to one of Fever's key markets, focusing on its growth and development.
• Work independently and manage your own pipeline of projects within a business line.
• Take the lead on global projects that will define the future of the entertainment industry.
• Enhance overall company performance across different business departments.
• Define and establish new strategies to increase performance using analytical, business, and strategic skills.
• Design end-to-end solutions with daily high impact.
• Create, develop, and manage new projects like new business streams, workflows, and strategies.
• Work with people and projects across different markets, with a focus on developing new experiences in an international atmosphere.

Who You Are

• At least 2 years of experience in an analytics & business role.
• Background in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy.
• Ability to leverage big data and analytics tools to make strategic business decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and proven team leadership experience.
• Excited about working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
• Advanced English speaker (Spanish, French, Italian, or Portuguese is a plus).
• Passionate about industry trends and eager to explore new growth opportunities.
