Job Description

As a Data Analyst in apprentice, your main responsibilities include:

• Support financial planning activities (i.e., Actual, Forecast, business planning and budget), and improvement for reporting, analysis and processes,
• Participate in the production of different reporting based on figures/data provided by entities in Tagetik (Controlling tool) as well as assist in the analysis of trends and performance,
• Support global data quality of figures provided by countries and ensure respect of deadlines on the basis of agreed processes,
• Create and maintain data pipelines using data science programming languages such as R or Python.

Collaborate With The Team To Compile And Finalize High Quality Deliverables For The Top Management (Quarterly Business Review, Technical Dashboard ...), Notably You Will Involve In:

• Data collection and analysis support;
• Creation of adapted dashboards for the presentation and validation of the analysis carried out;
• Participating into various projects involving Controlling team.

Preferred Experience

• Business school/University/ Engineering master's degree with specialty in Finance/ Business Analytics (Bac 5),
• Good financial analysis skills,
• Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel (pivot table, key functions, complex charts...),
• Good knowledge in the programming languages R or Python,
• Fluent English mandatory, both written and spoken,
• Knowledge in insurance business would be much appreciated (Technical insurance ratios, IFRS17, SII),
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize workload,
• To be successful in this position, you will have to focus on punctuality, high quality of deliverables, excellent communication with stakeholders.
