Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Continuous Improvement Manager, based in Paris with opportunities for partial remote work. The manager will be responsible for identifying areas for organizational and operational improvement, analyzing processes, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities include leading initiatives to streamline workflows, developing key performance indicators (KPIs), collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring processes support EPAIB's mission of evidence-based policy development in education. The role also includes change management, monitoring progress, and ensuring continuous alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in process improvement, operational analysis, and change management.
- Proficiency in data analysis, performance evaluation, and developing KPIs.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work cross-functionally.
- Familiarity with educational systems, policy development, and stakeholder engagement is an advantage.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Education Policy, or a related field.
- Comfortable in a hybrid work environment with a balance of in-office and remote work.
