Job Description
As a Modern Workplace Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:
The Workplace Engineer will be part of the Windows Infrastructure team, contributing to the integration and deployment of managed devices using various deployment tools, supporting the integration of group entities through profile configuration and application integration activities. You may work in project mode as well as in managed services.
Here is a non-exhaustive list of your daily tasks, we trust you to take them on and enrich them in your own way:
- Collaborate on the design and deployment of strategic projects, particularly on workstation convergence.
- Participate in the implementation of infrastructures and write associated documentation.
- Become the technical referent for Workstation and Infrastructure, propose innovative solutions to meet business needs.
- In-depth expertise in packaging Windows technologies, deployment, and automation.
- Management, administration, and L3 support/analysis of workstations and infrastructures.
- Creation, installation, configuration, and L3 support of infrastructure equipment based on projects, writing procedures.
- Installation and configuration of security components (in collaboration with SecuOp/CyberSecu engineers).
- Implementation and continuous evolution of infrastructure and workstation supervision, including maintaining and updating documentation.
- Ensure the formalization and follow-up of team members and be a driving force in the continuous improvement of processes.
Where will you carry out your missions? With large clients in banking, insurance, retail, defense, or luxury sectors, who are driving innovative projects.
Qualifications
What will you bring to the Tribe?
[Ideal Skills] Graduated from an Engineering School or Master 2 in IT, you have at least 3 years of experience as a Modern Workplace Engineer and master all or part of the following technologies:
- Excellent knowledge of Infrastructure Tools such as SCCM.
- Excellent understanding of Active Directory/EntraID.
- Experience using Intune Autopilot/White glove/Windows Hello.
- Experience in Azure Active Directory synchronization processes (policy administrator, SSO, Intune management).
- Solid knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
- Solid knowledge of applications: Fleet management and Service management (ITSM).
- Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
You are experienced in agile methodologies and fluent in French and English. You are capable of qualifying and explaining client needs, possess strong facilitation skills, and have a leader's mindset! You are open to change, proactive, and a true driving force within a team. You are convinced by the Cloud/AI culture and wish to assert your convictions.

- MS-102, MS-900SC-100, AZ-500 certifications are a plus.
- Experience in Azure, AWS, Google cloud environments...
