Internship Opportunity -- Corporate / M&A / International Tax

📍 London (W1) | Full Remote

About Delaye Avocat

Delaye Avocat is an independent international law firm founded in London, advising entrepreneurs, investors, family offices, and professional athletes on high-stakes cross-border transactions and structuring matters. The firm operates in both French and English and is involved in sophisticated international matters spanning corporate structuring, M&A, international tax, investment operations, and strategic advisory.

We are currently looking for two highly motivated interns for a minimum period of 6 months as part of:

  • a final internship (EFB, HEDAC, CRFPA or equivalent),
  • or a Master's degree (LL.M / Master 2) in Business Law, Corporate Law or Tax Law,
  • ideally combined with a business school or international background.

What you will work on

Corporate / M&A / Private Equity

  • Drafting and reviewing investment agreements, shareholders' agreements and LOIs,
  • Participating in legal due diligences,
  • Assisting with transactional structuring and closing processes,
  • Supporting corporate operations and governance matters.

International Tax & Structuring

  • Assisting with international tax structuring analyses,
  • Research on cross-border taxation issues (France / UAE / UK / US),
  • Drafting tax memoranda and structuring notes,
  • Analysing investment and holding structures.

Commercial & Business Law

  • Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements,
  • Assisting on franchise, partnership and service agreements,
  • Supporting entrepreneurial and international development projects.

Candidate profile

  • Master's degree in Business Law / Corporate Law / Tax Law,
  • Strong academic background,
  • Fluent in French and English,
  • Excellent drafting and analytical skills,
  • Interest in international business environments,
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong attention to detail.
