Job Description
In the Content Operations team, reporting to our Content Operations Project Manager, you will:
- Support ongoing editorial and music initiatives (seasonal activations, cultural moments, music genre spotlights) by planning, organizing, and tracking project tasks to ensure timely and in-scope objective achievement.
- Analyze data, user feedback, and market trends to identify actionable programming strategies, informing strategic decisions and guiding editorial campaign next steps.
- Ensure smooth coordination between local editors, product teams, and marketing stakeholders, while documenting processes and streamlining collaboration between Content, Product, CRM, and Design teams.
- Take ownership of smaller editorial and product projects from inception to completion, identifying challenges, proposing solutions, and presenting recommendations verbally and in writing.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to Homepage, Explore page, and Content editorialization projects.
Qualifications
What we are looking for:
- Previous internship experience is highly regarded.
- Broad knowledge of popular music.
- Strong understanding of the digital music space.
- Ability to quickly learn new software.
- Passion for numbers and statistics, proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides.
- Good communication skills.
- Fluent in French; proficiency in English (working language).
