Responsibilities

Reporting to the head of the Product Engineering and Studies department within the Product Marketing division at Suravenir, you will join a team of 11 colleagues.

We are looking for a Life Insurance Product Manager - Product Engineering and Studies to oversee marketing projects from start to finish. The primary mission is to manage product go-to-market projects for optimal deployment.

As a Financial Engineering Product Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking charge of the go-to-market process from an operational standpoint (generating contractual documentation templates, deploying documentation)

  • Conducting regulatory reviews

  • Leading committees related to product marketing activities (contractual clause evolution, management company monitoring, etc.)

  • Managing direct marketing operations

  • Conducting quantitative or qualitative studies

  • Proposing process optimizations; in this capacity, you will collaborate closely with other company departments to ensure project fluidity

  • Planning, monitoring, and managing relationships with service providers and partner management companies

  • Performing constant product monitoring to analyze financial and legal market trends, as well as client needs, to anticipate changes and propose adapted solutions

  • Participating in continuous improvement and securing go-to-market processes and operating methods, as well as the in-force management of products and investment units

  • Ensuring the go-to-market and operational monitoring of the contract portfolio and investment units

  • Proposing innovative ideas for continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Higher education degree (Bac 5) (Finance, Marketing, Project Management, Business School, or equivalent) or equivalent successful experience.

  • Team spirit, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work transversally with other departments (Sales, IT, Actuarial, Legal...) and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Aptitude for life insurance and financial investments, with an understanding of the savings market.

  • Project management skills (Organized, aptitude for planning, organization, and time management).

  • Rigor, sensitivity to commercial and regulatory issues in insurance and compliance requirements.

  • Curiosity and aptitude for processes, project management, and continuous improvement.

  • Proactive and solution-oriented
