Arla Foods France, the French commercial subsidiary of the Arla Group, is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Professional -- Foodservice B2B, Paris.
Our dynamic and close-knit team is made up of around fifteen people. We operate in an entrepreneurial environment, working across foodservice, industry, and retail distribution of dairy products.

Your Impact
As the digital lead for Arla Pro France, you will leverage strong agency partnerships and Arla's global digital expertise while owning local market activation for our B2B foodservice business. Acting as the local digital authority, you will translate chef, operator and customer insights into high-impact, conversion-driven digital initiatives.
Working at the intersection of marketing, sales, agencies and Arla's global digital teams, you will strengthen Arla Pro's digital ecosystem, generate qualified demand, and directly support commercial growth across priority circuits. This is a hands-on strategic role with real ownership, visibility and influence.
What You Will Do
Digital Strategy & Performance
- Define and execute the local Paid / Owned / Earned digital strategy in line with brand, marketing and commercial objectives.
- Own and optimise the digital funnel: from awareness to lead generation, nurturing and conversion, with a clear focus on revenue contribution.
- Manage the digital marketing budget, track KPIs and translate performance into concrete business outcomes.
Demand Generation & Conversion
- Build and optimise lead generation and marketing automation journeys in close collaboration with the Global Digital & Channel team.
- Drive paid media strategies with central agencies; continuously optimise towards high-quality leads and ROI.
- Partner with priority wholesalers to create seamless digital buying journeys (webshops, buy buttons, digital shelf optimisation).
- Use digital and data insights to support commercial negotiations and demonstrate growth opportunities.
- Develop strong, sales-oriented storytelling that can be activated in customer meetings to illustrate value creation and business growth.
Content, Social & Community
- Identify and activate key influencers and chefs within priority sub-circuits to build a strong professional community.
- Lead the Community Management agency: define strategy, validate content and ensure performance.
Platforms, Data & Governance
- Own Arla Pro France's digital platforms (ArlaProFrance.com, social media, digital tools).
- Monitor and optimise digital shelf performance using analytics and PIM tools, in coordination with product teams.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, competition law and corporate digital standards.
Internal Enablement & Stakeholder Management
- Build digital capabilities within the commercial team through tools, training and shared frameworks.
- Actively participate in key customer and wholesaler meetings as a digital and business expert.
- Develop compelling, insight-driven presentations to support sales pitches, joint business plans and partnerships.
- Act as a trusted business-oriented digital partner to France Commercial, Global Digital and Brand stakeholders.
Your Team & Reporting
You will be part of the France Marketing team and report to the Marketing Manager France, working closely with:
- France Commercial team
- Central Digital & Channel organisation
- Global Brand and Category teams
What Will Make You Successful
You are both strategic and operational, comfortable owning topics end‑to‑end and turning data into action. You combine deep digital expertise with a strong business and commercial mindset, able to connect digital initiatives to customer needs, sales performance and measurable business impact, and enjoy influencing across teams.
You bring:
- 5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, ideally in foodservice, FMCG or related sectors.
- Strong hands-on expertise in core digital levers: marketing automation, paid media, analytics, with the ability to leverage SEO/SEA and PIM tools.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to confidently present insights and digital strategies to key customers.
- A business-driven and data-oriented mindset, with the ability to connect digital KPIs to sales performance and customer impact.
- Clear, confident communication skills with senior stakeholders.
- A collaborative, pragmatic and impact-driven mindset, with strong leadership, proactivity, solution-oriented approach and solid business acumen.
- Fluency in French and professional English (international environment).
- Bac 5 in Digital Marketing, Communication or equivalent.
