The Opportunity: Operational Onboarding Manager - France 🇫🇷

We are seeking a dedicated Operational Onboarding Manager to ensure a seamless transition for our key clients during the critical onboarding phase. You will act as the primary Alan specialist for these clients, building trusted relationships and proactively resolving challenges. This role is crucial to Alan's growth strategy and requires exceptional communication and change management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Helping Our Admins:

  • Manage and resolve admin requests efficiently and delightfully.
  • Lead comprehensive onboarding workshops and provide hands-on training for HR and Payroll administrators on Alan's dashboard.
  • Oversee complex processes including payroll integration, employee affiliation, and billing setup.

Improving Alan:

  • Contribute to process improvements, tool optimization, and organizational methods through dedicated projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Key Account Managers, Customer Success, Ops, Sales, Care, Pre-Sales, Engineering) to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and proactive issue resolution.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, comfortable managing competing priorities autonomously.

Experience:

  • Previous B2B customer-facing experience (e.g., Customer Success, teaching, communication).
  • Autonomous, driven, and well-organized, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with complex or new topics.
