Your Role

As a Key Account Manager (KAM), you will play a decisive role in the growth of 360Learning's business. You will join a team of 5 KAMs focused on the Mid-market segment. Your responsibilities will include managing approximately 100 accounts (existing customers with 100 to 2,500 employees).

The KAM role at 360Learning is 80% sales-oriented, with the primary goal of developing your portfolio and generating growth. You will not work alone; Client Success Partners and internal experts (digital pedagogy, platform structuring, IT) will support you with client project monitoring and execution. Collaboration with these teams will be crucial for your upsell success.

We are committed to retaining top talent and encourage internal mobility after 2-3 years of demonstrated success, fostering fulfilling career paths. This KAM Mid-role offers the potential to advance to a KAM Large position (managing existing customers with 2,500 to 10,000+ employees).

Within 1 month, you will:

  • Become a Trello expert and familiarize yourself with our product.
  • Learn to navigate Convexity, our working environment.
  • Meet the various teams at 360Learning.
  • Complete your onboarding.

Within 3 months, you will:

  • Take full ownership of your customer portfolio.
  • Map accounts, define account growth strategies, and prioritize your portfolio (tiering).
  • Collaborate closely with our Client Success Partners to gather relevant client information for upselling.
  • Prepare account reviews with clients to identify development opportunities.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of 360Learning.
  • Complete your portfolio handover and close 30-50 K€ of new ARR in your first quarter (depending on start date).
  • Ensure accurate activity reporting with your coach to optimize forecasting.
  • Be proactive in improving business processes.
  • Write complex business proposals and conduct business negotiations.
  • Close 65-85 K€ of new ARR in your second quarter (depending on start date).
  • Prepare, anticipate, and ensure the renewal of client contracts.
  • Define action plans to generate upsells.
  • Manage the entire business relationship with clients.
  • Exceed your targets and be on track to reach your yearly goal.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in an Account Manager or sales-related function (revenue generation with a client portfolio).
  • Previous experience in the SaaS industry.
  • Experience in a fast-growing environment such as a start-up/scale-up, requiring agility and responsiveness.
  • Active listening skills and a team player mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent French and excellent English (B2+) proficiency.
