Role Description
The STAGE/ALTERNANCE Ops & Supply Coordinator internship is a hybrid role based in Paris, with the possibility to work from home for part of the week. The intern will support day-to-day operations by monitoring inventory levels, coordinating purchasing activities, and assisting with supplier communication to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and packaging. This role involves updating and maintaining supply chain data, tracking orders, preparing reports, and helping optimize processes to reduce stock-outs and waste. The intern will collaborate with operations, logistics, and marketing teams to align supply needs with production plans and promotional activities. This is a learning-focused internship offering exposure to operational decision-making in a fast-growing food brand.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Purchasing Supplies and Purchasing to support order placement and supplier negotiations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Supply Management and Analytical Skills to manage inventory levels, track performance, and improve processes.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with suppliers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and proficiency with spreadsheets or basic ERP tools are beneficial.
- Enrollment in a business, supply chain, operations management, or related academic program is preferred.
- Interest in food, nutrition, or consumer goods and the desire to learn in a start-up environment will be an advantage.
- Working proficiency in French; English language skills are an asset.
