About the Opportunity

NOTE: This is not a traditional work proposal with a salary. This is for entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs-to-be, that want to make a lifetime change and are willing to invest to be paired with committed and qualified professionals.

Wolver Ventures (Managing Partners with 400 investments in early-stage startups), invites you to enroll in the Wolver Launcher program, to bring to life a tech startup in the fastest-growing verticals.

With the Wolver Launcher 10-Week Program, You Will:

• Find co-founders and create a founder team with complementary skills, but with the same values.
• Define and shape a business idea that is scalable and non "easily" replicable.
• Develop a successful MVP (Minimum Viable Product) to capture your first clients and prove traction.
• Get funded, whether by Wolver Ventures Funds (max €500K, in 3 tranches) and/or from others (Wolver Ventures reserves the right to invest or not).

Requirements:

• 8 years of relevant working experience.
• Leadership experience in:
  • Sales, Marketing, and Strategy (CEO/CMO candidates).
  • Product development, strategy, and/or operations (CTO/COO candidates).
  • Finance (CFO candidates).
• Commitment to launching a startup as a life choice, preferably B2B in:
  • Cyber Security
  • Fintech
  • Insurtech
  • Regtech/Legaltech
  • PropTech (with a focus on Data Centers)
  • Web3
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities:

As a founder, you will be responsible for every single aspect of your startup. Initially, you will concentrate on defining a value proposition, identifying your Ideal Customer Persona (ICP), developing an MVP (Minimum Viable Product), defining your Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, and initiating sales. To achieve this, you will also need to define your:

i) Team ii) Purpose, Values, and Culture (and bring them to life) iii) Funding strategy iv) Legal and operative structure
