THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Partner Sales Senior Manager to join our Partnerships team in Paris!

This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of two days per week in our Paris office.

Wellhub is officially expanding into France, and you will join a high-impact team at the forefront of this new venture! As one of the first Partner Sales Managers in the country, you will play a key role in building our "Wishlist" strategy---identifying and signing some of the most important fitness and wellness partners across the region.

This is a rare opportunity to take on real ownership from day one, introduce a global brand to a new market, and directly shape our long-term success in France.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Identify and sign key "Wishlist" partners in France, helping build the foundation of our regional network.
  • Lead high-level commercial discussions and multi-stakeholder negotiations, navigating complex deals involving coordination with Legal, Finance, and Value Management teams.
  • Manage and forecast a strategic sales pipeline, ensuring we meet network density targets for a successful market launch.
  • Drive the positioning of Wellhub by applying our global strategy to the French market, ensuring agreements are sustainable and mutually beneficial.
  • Work closely with strategic partners on integration topics (API, access control, booking) to ensure a strong user experience.
  • Own key partner relationships end-to-end, from initial conversations through to signed agreements and long-term collaboration.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as CX and Finance to ensure a smooth onboarding process for high-profile partners.
  • Contribute to establishing Wellhub as a trusted partner for leading fitness brands in France, securing the anchor partners that support our corporate growth.
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have 5+ years of experience in high-level B2B sales or business development, with a proven track record in complex, high-value negotiations.
  • You communicate confidently in French (native level) and fluently in English.
  • You're proactive, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in an undefined market environment where you can create your own playbook and workflows.
  • You enjoy simplifying complex topics and communicating effectively with C-level stakeholders across different markets.
  • You have strong analytical skills and take a thoughtful, solution-oriented approach to resolving challenges and moving deals forward.
  • You are motivated by targets and bring energy to securing strategic partners aligned with our long-term objectives.
  • You are comfortable using tools such as Salesforce and Excel to manage the pipeline and inform decisions.
  • You are passionate about wellness and genuinely excited to help the French workforce lead happier, healthier lives.
  • You enjoy working as part of a team and contributing to a positive, collaborative environment as we scale.
