Revenue Operations Department
The Revenue Operations department is a cross-functional team supporting various business functions, including Sales Development Representatives (pre-sales), Sales (sales), and Account Management (after-sales and renewals).
It manages key projects daily to support Welcome to the Jungle's growth and the commercial teams' development ambitions.
Revenue Operations is the primary point of contact for other company departments: Marketing, Finance, Product, Media, and Corporate Production, providing a comprehensive view of business challenges across the organization.
You will join the Revenue Operations team and work alongside the global Revenue team of approximately one hundred employees.
Business Analyst Role
As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with Thibault, Senior Process & Tools Manager, within a team of eight: Maria, Lucas, Mathilde, Clément, Lucie, Margaux, and Emeric. Each member focuses on optimizing commercial performance through various expertise areas (processes, tools, enablement, data).
This internship focuses on three main areas: performance analysis, tool and process optimization, and knowledge management.

- Prepare and share reports during key events: monthly reports, Revenue All Hands, etc. You may be tasked with delivering a detailed report on a strategic business topic, offering interpretations and outlining resulting actions.
- Collaborate with the data team on major growth projects for the company.
Processes and Tools:
You will optimize processes operated by the Business team's various functions, aiming to improve cooperation with Finance and Data teams.
- Develop new commercial workflows to shorten the sales cycle (e.g., implementing prospecting scenarios, segmenting client portfolios by typology).
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to implement corrective actions using new tools.

As a guardian of our methodologies, you will be the primary contact for teams to ensure perfect understanding and adoption of our processes.
