This is a 6-month full-time internship, starting in July 2026, based in Paris.

The trainee will be integrated into the Legal Department of Vestiaire Collective SA, which manages the activities of all its subsidiaries around the world.

What you'll do:

  • Perform legal research and analysis on various issues (intellectual property, anti-counterfeiting, consumer law, commercial law, transport, insurance, etc.);
  • Monitor legal and jurisprudential developments that may impact Vestiaire Collective's activity (AI Act, Digital Services Act, Consumer laws, etc.);
  • Draft and negotiate various contracts (NDAs; Service agreements, SaaS, Commercial contracts (Partnerships, Influencers, Freelancers), Rights 'Assignment, etc.);
  • Manage and monitor Trademarks and Domain Names;
  • Manage different sets of Terms and Conditions (C2C, B2C, VIP, Games & Offers);
  • Ensure follow-up of pre-litigation and litigation cases;
  • Assist with various administrative tasks of the Legal Department.

Who you are:

  • Postgraduate student in IP/IT, Business Law or International Law (Master 2 and/or DJCE), currently an "EFB" or "HEDAC" student.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken (imperative).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal databases.
  • Previous experience in a company or law firm is desirable.
  • Ability to deliver effective work, meet deadlines, and manage complex projects in an international, fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptable, dynamic, rigorous, analytical, autonomous, with excellent interpersonal skills and discretion.
  • Internship agreement required.
