Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and support the delivery of effective business and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into functional specifications
- Work with stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams
- Analyze data to support decision-making and business improvements
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions
- Support project delivery, testing, and implementation
- Create reports, dashboards, and documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in business analysis or related roles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools
Preferred Skills
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Basic understanding of SQL or data analysis
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Experience with tools like Jira or Confluence
- Bilingual: French & English preferred
