Responsibilities
As an Account Manager, you will be part of the KAM team and will be responsible for promoting our product and training and supporting our professional users. Responsible for a geographical area (Brittany, Lower Normandy, Pays de la Loire, and Centre: Rennes, Quimper, Brest, Le Mans, Nantes, Angers, Orléans, etc.), you will regularly meet with doctors and their teams to motivate them to use the OdySight application while assisting them in setting up an optimal work organization. You will work closely with the CARE team to offer the best possible experience to doctors and patients using our solution and will contribute to the development of our products by sharing your field feedback with the Production teams. Our office is based in Paris, this position is full remote with 2 days of in-person work every 2 months.
Missions
🎤 Promotion and Training (50%):
- Visit ophthalmology centers in your sector to present OdySight and convince healthcare professionals to use the solution
- Facilitate changes in practice by supporting centers and medical practices in implementing reimbursed telemedicine in ophthalmology, a new practice in France
- Provide continuous training for healthcare professionals to ensure active and effective use of OdySight
- Understand and optimize the organization of each medical center using our solutions to maximize their performance
💻 Account Management (30%):
- Develop a positive relationship with our users (healthcare professionals) and assist them in using OdySight
- Re-motivate inactive users
- Ensure that medical centers in your sector are trained and ready to use our application
- Participate in medical conferences and seminars to promote OdySight and convince new users
📋 Reporting (20%):
- Qualify users based on their engagement with our product and update CRM information
- Qualify user feedback and transmit it to the Production team to contribute to the improvement of our products
- Collect data, analyze performance, and share your findings with your manager
Qualifications
- 2 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Strong motivation to support us in the development of digital medicine
- A curious mind and excellent communication skills
- The ability to adapt your speech according to your interlocutor and to simplify complex matters
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Rigor, enthusiasm, and autonomy
- A valid driver's license (Permis B)
