Senior Full Stack Engineer - Python & IA (H/F)

Nous développons une plateforme SaaS B2B qui transforme des données non structurées en intelligence exploitable. Soutenus par un top VC, nous avons déjà déployé notre produit chez plusieurs leaders du marché. Notre équipe tech très pointue (1 CTO ex-GAFAM + 2 Seniors) recherche son prochain "builder" pour accélérer le développement.

Rôle (80% Backend / 20% Frontend)

• Développement Full Stack (Python (FastAPI / Litestar) / Node.js & TypeScript / Vue.js / PostgreSQL)
• Optimisation des agents IA (RAG, tool calling, structured outputs)
• Mise en place d'environnements de test pour s'assurer de la précision des données
• Responsable des features, de la modélisation de la base de données jusqu'à la mise en prod

Profil

• Expérience : 5 ans minimum en développement, idéalement dans un environnement startup
• Excellent niveau technique, surtout en backend
• Intégration des LLM dans un vrai produit (pas juste un POC)
• Anglais courant impératif (équipe internationale)
• Le petit plus : Un PhD, ou une expérience technique poussée en extraction de données

Process de recrutement

1. Premier échange avec le Responsable du Recrutement
2. Session de travail avec le CTO
3. Test technique court (lié à la session précédente)
4. Fit final avec le CEO

Profile

• Experience: 5+ years in software engineering, ideally in a startup environment
• Excellent technical level, especially on the backend
• Integration of LLMs into a real product (not just a POC)
• Fluent English mandatory (international team)
• Bonus: A PhD, or deep technical experience in data extraction

Benefits

• Compensation: €70K to €100K base + Equity (0.1% to 0.2% in stock options/BSPCE)
• Remote work: 1 day per week in the Paris office, or 1 day per month if based further away
