ABOUT STOIK

Stoïk protects SMEs and mid-sized organizations across Europe against cyber risks with an integrated AI-powered model that combines cyber insurance, active risk prevention and in-house incident response.

Founded in 2021 by Jules Veyrat, Alexandre Andreini, Nicolas Sayer and Philippe Mangematin, Stoïk works with more than 2,000 broker partners, protects over 10,000 companies and employs more than 130 specialists across six European countries.

As cyber risk becomes a systemic challenge, it is Stoïk's mission to be the CISO of Europe and build sustainable cyber resilience for European businesses. Stoïk supports companies before, during and after an attack, helping them maintain operations, limit financial losses and recover with confidence.

To support this strong growth, we have recently completed a €20M Series C funding round and plan to grow from 130 to 200 employees in 2026.

In your role you will report to XXX. You will be part of the XXX team.

WHAT YOU WILL DRIVE WITH US

  • You will actively build and scale our new sales channel through MSPs (Managed Service Providers) and IT service providers in France

  • You will identify, acquire, and develop strategic partnerships with MSPs as multipliers for our cybersecurity solutions

  • You will position Stoïk as the preferred partner for IT service providers looking to offer holistic cyber solutions to their clients

  • Together with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Sales), you will develop a scalable MSP partner program

  • You help define clear go-to-market approaches, incentive structures, and activation strategies for this new channel, in tight collaboration with your manager

  • You will support MSP partners in their day-to-day operations, assist in customer conversations when needed, and ensure strong conversion rates

  • You will track performance, pipeline, and KPIs in a structured way within our CRM (HubSpot) and derive data-driven optimizations, in tight collaboration with the RevOps team

  • You will bring market feedback from the MSP ecosystem back into the organization and contribute to the further development of our solutions

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Experience in B2B sales, channel sales, or partner management -- ideally within IT services, cybersecurity, or insurance

  • A solid understanding of the business models and operating structures of MSPs / IT service providers

  • Motivation to build and strategically develop a new channel from the ground up

  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to independently create and structure processes

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills at decision-maker level

  • A structured, data-driven way of working and experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)

  • Willingness to develop deep expertise in cyber insurance and cybersecurity

  • Fluency in German and English
