About the Role

What We Offer:

• 100% remote work
• Flexible hours (between 9:30 AM and 7:30 PM, Monday to Friday)
• Hourly fixed pay + variable bonus
• Paid training (2 weeks)
• Continuous support and skill development

Your Mission (B2C):

• Call warm/hot leads
• Present and sell online training courses
• Assist and answer lead questions
• Follow up with leads and manage some back-office/backline tasks
• Achieve set performance goals

Your Profile:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/prospecting and customer relations
• Ideally: experience in selling training courses or knowledge of the online training sector
• Comfortable with digital tools (Sheets, CRM, etc.)
• Good presentation, dynamic, serious, and comfortable speaking
• Ability to listen, reassure, and explain clearly
• Sales-oriented with the ability to persuade
• You are self-employed and based in France
• Available for a minimum of 35 hours per week
