Role Description

This is a full-time IT Project Coordinator role based in Paris and offers a hybrid work structure, allowing a combination of on-site and remote work. The IT Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating IT initiatives, managing project timelines, ensuring effective communication between stakeholders, and providing technical support. Key responsibilities include overseeing technology implementations, maintaining network security protocols, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure. The role also involves regular monitoring, reporting, and assisting in aligning IT services with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Network Administration and Network Security to ensure infrastructure reliability and protection.
  • Proficiency in Information Technology and Troubleshooting to address and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Customer Service skills to provide seamless support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills for project management and cross-team collaboration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
  • Previous experience in coordinating IT projects or within similar roles is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with AI technology and healthcare technology systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
