Your Future Work Environment

Join a team where invoice dematerialization, microservices, and DevOps are part of the daily routine!

You will integrate a team of 6 developers working in Agile with 4-week sprints. Our two applications feature a stimulating technical environment: a microservices architecture deployed on Kubernetes managed by the team. Development is done in Java/SpringBoot for the backend and AngularJS or Angular5 (depending on the application) for the frontend. The application databases used are MongoDB and MariaDB.

The business domain of our main application is equally rich: an EDI application offering several services to its end-users, including fiscal invoice dematerialization and inter-operator file exchange.

In addition to development, team members participate in project industrialization maintenance, requirement refinement with application management, associated estimations, and are proactive in proposing innovations to the client.

Your Role and Missions

Specifically, as a Tech Lead, your activities will revolve around two main areas:

Technical Aspects

  • You will be responsible for the design and code quality within your team.
  • You will coordinate development activities within the project.
  • You will identify automation opportunities and implement best practices (security, performance, DevSecOps, quality, etc.).
  • You will validate technical solution estimations in alignment with the client's strategy.
  • You will contribute to production by driving software craftsmanship principles (TDD, refactoring, clean code, etc.).

Complementary Activities

  • You will support the team's skill development (code reviews, training/mission follow-up, watch, certifications, etc.).
  • You will participate in the Rennes technical community and share technical news about your project and beyond.

Qualifications

Profile and Required Qualities

Within the team, you will foster a spirit of collaboration and mutual support through your central position and excellent communication skills.

With an Engineering, University, or equivalent degree, technology is at the core of your professional project.

Passionate about industrialization, software craftsmanship, and DevSecOps, you wish to continue growing and sharing your vision within a very active technical community.
