Your Role and Responsibilities

As an Instructional Designer, you will play a key role in various production stages, including:

• Designing engaging content: Write storyboards and scripts in collaboration with other project stakeholders: project managers, content experts, graphic designers, motion designers, game designers, etc.
• Producing multimedia materials: Utilize tools like Articulate Storyline, Vyond, or Adobe Creative Suite to develop interactive, impactful, accessible, and eco-designed content.
• Innovating and proposing solutions: Experiment with new approaches (AI, gamification, microlearning) to enhance training effectiveness.
• Participating in project monitoring: Ensure deadlines are met, present deliverables, and integrate feedback.

Your work will contribute to creating engaging, accessible, and strategic training for learners and businesses.

Qualifications

You hold a Master's degree (or equivalent) in computer science or a related field and have initial experience in Digital Learning or a strong aptitude for it.

• You are curious, eager to learn, and motivated to work in a digital and innovative environment.
• You are proficient with the Articulate suite (Storyline and Rise).
• You wish to learn content design with tools like Vyond, Camtasia, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• You have strong synthesis skills, great adaptability, and enjoy teamwork.
• Proficiency in English is a plus, as is an awareness of accessibility challenges.
