The Data Transport agency in Nantes offers you the opportunity to work on diverse and high-stakes projects for major industry leaders (Rail, Logistics, Courier, etc.).

Composed of over 60 data engineers, you will join experts in data engineering, data architecture, data analysis, and other data valorization specialists.

By joining us, you will have the opportunity to discover market data solutions and be trained in their use, as well as in data engineering methods and practices.

Votre Rôle Et Vos Missions

Depending on your course of study and experience, you will join one of our project teams in full immersion and will be supported, trained, and potentially certified on all or parts of the implementation and/or maintenance steps of a data platform, including:

• Data ingestion
• Storage
• Data preparation and transformation
• Data valorization
• Data exposure and visualization

Within the framework of implementing data platforms for our clients, and according to your experience and interests, you will participate in:

• Understanding business needs and translating them into data engineering and/or data analysis solutions.
• Designing the solution to meet the need.
• Implementing data ingestion solutions, whether batch or streaming, in a Cloud context.
• Structuring the datalake, implementing data governance and security processes.
• Data processing up to exposure to the business.
• Testing the implemented solution.
• Setting up the CI/CD pipeline and its supervision.
• Technological watch with our partner publishers and implementing prototypes, proof of concepts, or MVPs for client ideation.

Technical environment: Spark, Hadoop, Hive, Kafka, Nifi, Cloudera, Databricks, Dataiku, Power BI, Python, Airflow, Ansible, Terraform.

Qualifications

Graduated from an engineering school or equivalent, you have already participated in a DATA project and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in data engineering.
